NO COURTESY! I come to this gas station twice a week on my weekly trip. After fueling up, I filled up my coffee cup & went to... cashier (night shift lady). I always use my rewards card to check out. This time the system was slow so I was asked to pay cash.I left my wallet in my truck. The cashier lady refused to give away coffee. I don?t mind paying but some courteous goes a longway. It shows you care for your customers. Disappointed! Read more

The night manager Nick refused to give me a shower. He said the system was down. Lol. I could use the app to book one shower ... shower but im a team driver. (Need 2) Pilot refused to manually open the door so me and my teammate could shower. Separately.(11/14/22 12am) pilot has really gone to $hit. Yet another reminder as to why I avoid pilot and flying j. Either the lines aretoo long, the staff is rude or something like this is usually my experience. Thanks Pilot. Read more

Place could use a more detailed manager with an emphasis on cleanliness. So I normally give a $20 tip to the staff cleaning the... showers. This time my trucker instincts said to hold off for now, glad I did. It became evidently clear the guy didn't clean theshower, or anything. Not going to go into gross detail, but watch where you hang your clothes here and do not touch the walls. Also, stage your shoes on top of the counter or whatever things you see/don't see crawling will come with you to your truck. I gave it 2 stars today because the water was hot in the shower and I am grateful. But this place is a trashy pfj. The parking... lot hasn't been picked up in days it looks. Several vagrant folks are around entrance. Drop trailers are in many spots whilethe drivers go home. Really bad septic odor walking from parking area to shower. Do I need say more. 1 more!. Bottom line isthe management has no control of much. Poor management. Pfj should be ashamed with this place. Read more

If I had been as RUDE as the male cashier is, that is working RIGHT NOW, I would have been fired long ago!!!! He comes across,... over the loud speaker, as though it were HIS YARD that driver's are parked in!! I even stopped a security guy to let him know.Granted there was a long line, but I would NOT tolerate his rudeness! There are better ways to do things!! He needs peopleskills!!! Read more
