I was doing delivery. And when I showed up none of the employees were helpful. They were just walking around being stupid. After... some time finally I got some attention. A man said it would be ready in a few minutes but obviously they didn't even startmaking my order. So I just left. Terrible customer service and management. Read more
Pretty dissatisfied with ordering from this location tonight. Submitted an online order for pickup to get two orders of the meat... lover's folded pizzas and instead the order was completely wrong. To top the problem with a cherry there was very littlepepperoni. If this location is the only one accessable to you I'm sorry for you, otherwise you're better off going to another oftheir locations your orders are your money/their paychecks and they don't seem to have a care in the world... My dad and I went to this Pizza Hut on 10/04/2022 and we were not satisfied with the customer service for dining in. We... immediately had to wait 5 minutes at the counter for someone to tell us we can dine in. Then after we sat down, we waited 10minutes before someone gave us menus. We asked them multiple times if our Pizza will be served in the pan instead of a box sincewe were dining in and we were told each time it would be. Our food came out in a box and our drinks were in a bottle (of water)and a to go cup. We were given paper plates to serve ourselves from the box. We went to enjoy some time together, and we're gladto do so, but we're not satisfied with the service as we wanted to experience the dine in service that Pizza Hut used tohave. We had left a nice tip as we had to pay when we ordered. We were upset with the service afterwards and were not given theoriginal option to pay when we were done and leave a tip as pleased.
