Been to Starbucks all over the nation and I must say that this is one of the most consistent, friendliest and hardest working... Starbucks staff I've ever encountered. New to Albuquerque moved from Michigan where I enjoyed great Starbucks weekly. On our way cross country to New Mexico enjoyed... great coffee from all Starbucks in Indiana, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. Went to store closest to my house, 1st couple timesgreat coffee, Pumpkin Cold brew and Iced Honey Flat whites. ????????Then 2 weeks ago dropped in and ordered 2 iced honey flatwhites, got home sour, no honey flavor tasted like spoiled almond milk or at best regular flat white with bitter after taste. Gave them a pass, couple days later returned and ordered 2 more Iced Honey almond flat whites same result, bitter and no honeyflavor. Called store to complain, Jasmine manager apologized and reported supply chain struggles with changes to honey syruppumps, 1/2 what they should be. Jasmine offered to replace them with 2 free ones on next visit. I returned 2 days later,ordered 2 more iced Honey flat whites, this time pulled over in parking lot and same awful result last 2 times, bitter and nohoney flavor. Calmly went inside, Jasmine was on duty, explained my complaint, she got defensive, sharp tone, didn?t apologizeor listen, ran over grabbed honey syrup bottle attempted justify her sub standard product, she kept repeating it like it wasn?ther fault! I felt ignored and minimized, repeated if I wanted a Flat white I would?ve ordered one, not up to Starbucksstandards I?ve come to expect all over country. She had no response, stalked off in huff, made me wait 10 minutes for properhoney iced flat whites. Barista apologized and asked me taste to them, reported that?s what I expected. Thanked her. No furthercomment or experience with manager Jasmine. Staff were nice, professional and responsive but Jasmine wasn?t. This place is so amazing. I started a morning exercise routine with this srarbucks being a daily reward within that routine... lol. Anyways the barista's get to know you but don't interrupt your day, instead they make it better by delivering my drinks tomy table or suggesting new different things to try that are always awesome!
