Went through take out window on Friday for plain hot chocolate. I asked the person at the window if it was plain HC and she... said they put whipped cream and mocha powder on it. I said "isn't mocha coffee flavored" and her response was "oh no, it isplain chocolate powder". I told her i don't like coffee in any form and she said "don't worry, you will not get coffee" Igot home and, guess what there was mocha powder sprinkled on it. I was not feeling well and all I wanted was HC. What adisappointment. But it was more of a surprise that a member of your staff didn"t know that mocha was chocolate AND COFFEE .Iwould have gone back had I been feeling better. Down the drain went the HC and $$ Read more

By far the worst Starbucks location in all of Albuquerque. I have come here since it opened and almost every other time I come... here they either mess up your order or they are rude. It's the only Starbucks that isn't friendly and the staff always seemsoverwhelmed even though they have 10 people working. And as always the cold brew machine is always down always! Read more
First time this has EVER happened to me: I ordered an oatmilk shaken espresso with light ice, as usual, and the barista says... "just so you know the cup won't be filled up all the way with light ice, is that fine?"and I am like "....uh yeah....". I get mydrink 2 inches below the top. I am thinking is an extra splash of oatmilk really going to break the bank at Starbucks? Is this anew policy? Do I get a discount if I order extra ice? I guess I thought these things kinda just even out woth people who orderlight, normal or extra ice. Never getting an iced drink from here again. Read more
