First of all, only drive thru was open. Then when I drove up to pay for my food they guy not only didn't give me one of my... almost $5.00 idems but, I didn't get my receipt either. This is horrible! I am so tired of this happening. I just am not evergoing back to this location( academy and wyoming). I am done with corporations stealing from there customers and thinking thatits ok! Its not ok. This kind of thing is happening everywhere. The only food business that doesn't seem to get it wrong ispappa John's. Cant eat pizza every time we want take out. Guess take out is a thing of the past. I love coming to this location! The employees here are always so kind. I usually come to this location if I?m craving Taco Bell... even if it is a little out of my way. One employee complimented me and it seriously made my day as I was having a rough evening.Today, I went and they had forgotten my cinnamon twists, but when I told they employee she apologized and gave me another one!She was super nice and made me smile. This taco bell seems to be open then closed through out the day. They say their closed then there not taking orders then say... their only doing online orders. A few days a ago the employees were all hanging outside having a blast. The last 5 times I wasthere i had not been served once. There is always excuses. The one on Montgomery twice said they were closed while I had aonline order. Between lobbys closed and drive thru not taking orders. I've just been avoiding taco bell all together now.Loosing money online and gas to drive there. Read more
