I came through the drive-thru at about 8:30 last night for an order of two grilled chicken sandwiches, two ten-piece nuggets... (regular and spicy), and a junior bacon cheeseburger. I'll review those first. Our sandwiches were fresh and made well, as wellas correctly customized per my requests. The regular nuggets weren't super fresh but still good enough to eat; however, I askedfor barbecue sauce and received sweet and sour instead. The biggest issue was my order of spicy nuggets - they'd clearly beensitting a LONG time, as they were hard and dry. Yucka! I only ate three before I had to throw out the rest, as even dipping themin the Ranch sauce I got with them didn't help. It was raining, so when I pulled up to the speaker, I had to have my windowopen some to be able to hear when the employee came on... which they did quickly, but said they'd be right with me and didn'tcome back for the five minutes I waited before leaving and circling back. I love the rain, but having it inside my car while Iwait for no one to take my order is an inconvenience. When I did come back up to the speaker, it took about two minutes for themto be ready to take my order; at the window, the employee wasn't friendly and barely spoke to and looked at me. I used to workat this location, many years ago... the main manager then would have never allowed any of the above issues to occur. I don'tknow if it was just an off night or if this is how things are done here now, but I drove way out of my way to come here and waspretty let down. Do better! Read more
After a long day of traveling we stopped in for dinner. Very clean dining area and a very nice girl taking our order. The chili... was full of meat. The baked potato was good but quite brown inside. That?s a sign of oxidation. Probably cooked earlier andstored improperly. Read more

12/2/22 UPDATE: service WA great employees were bet nice! Great improvement to a year ago! Thank you! 2021: COLD FOOD, STALE... FRIES, LIQUID FROSTY, another frosty 1/2 full, RUDE STAFF!!!!!! Asked for fresh fries, and for them to finish filling the cup,and we kept getting dirty looks!! We dined in, and the entire time had the cashier giving us dirty looks! We didn't eat thefrosty that was only half full, because we were concerned what they may have done something to it. I have never had such a BADexperience at Wendy's!!!! I don't recommend this location! There are plenty of other better Wendy's locations in Albuquerque,use Google maps to find. Read more
