We are from out of town and this subway was in walking distance from our hotel. The guy that was working tonight around 630 on... June 2 coughed near the food 2 times without covering his mouth and was wearing a mask around his chin. Staff not trained to handle customer issues well, specially related to issues with the Subway App. I think they panicked and did... not know how to respond. I was basically told that the promo/deal not pushing through in the order and cancelling it is not thebranch's issue but the customer's issue with Subway itself. They did not really offer help but had to force them to help mesomehow. Store manager did make a call when I asked for his name and submitted a complaint online, and was told that paymentshould have been automatically reversed already. Great quality, but very slow in the mornings... We were the only ones and it took over 15min to go through the drive thru...they... opened at 7 so we went at 7:30 they had no meatballs and no avacado. Courteous staff but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Read more
