Hot-N-Ready does not mean you will get your food when you order it. I ordered my food and it waa 1 hour before I received it. I... came up to the drive-thru after calling my order in 15 minutes earlier, and was told to pull around to the front to wait andthey would bring my food out to me. Cut-to 40 minutes later I go in to see what is taking so long. I tell them I'm still waitingfor my order, and they say, " Oh, you mean this order?"
