Came in for a quick bite and was welcomed by Tish with a smile. The Brisket Philly sandwich was great. We got beans as a side,... but because it was our first time, we got samplers of them all. That's good service. Some sides might need to be seasoned toyour taste, but we liked them all. The Tombstone Fries were great. Fresh and crispy fries with chili and fixins. The ambiance ischill and there's enough noise to be able to sit and have a conversation. Overall, excellent. Read more
I ordered the half rack rib bbq plate with fried okra and Cajun curly q?s! I?m a pit master and I have to say the ribs were very... well cooked with a nice bark on the exterior! The meat literally came off the bone just as easy as butter melts! The fries andokra were not overly salted like most restaurants do, and the ribs weren?t over sauced like others do! The environment and staffare very friendly, and provided for an enjoyable experience! And yes the ribs were too much for me to eat in one sitting! Read more
