We ordered a gluten free pizza and after waiting over an hour, the delivery guy dropped off a brownie with garlic dipping sauce.... Terrible service, will never order from here again - choose a different dominos store. Read more
If I select contactless, I don't need a driver ringing my door bell multiple times waking my newborn up and then making me sign... when I already completed everything online. I have a newborn and covid and rsv are going around. No contact should have meant nocontact. This is the worst dominos ever. The lady just hung up on me. We have waited for over an hour and half for our order. One... pizza and some breadsticks, (so not a huge order). They don't even deserve the one star. Either they are lying to me at thestore or the app is lying to me. Either way I am being lied to about my order. The tracker says my order waited in qualitycheck for 50 minutes. Then the app told me it was delivered and complete but I did not have my order. When I called and toldthe lady about it, (yes I was mad and rightly so) she hung up me. Terrible customer service. Which, unfortunalely, is the themeof the current day. My go-to fast pizza place that always has gluten free is Dominos. I?ve been getting pizzas from their many locations for years... and this has been the most consistent and most reliable one. Is it gourmet food? Of course not! But it?s great for a fast pizzaand perfect for those of us that have a gluten intolerance (I?m not celiac?s so I am okay with mild cross-contamination ofgluten, wouldn?t recommend for people more sensitive to gluten) and want a pizza fast and still hot!
