It is very hit and miss depending on who is working. There is one very nice gentleman who is relatively young, he has things on... point. I have come in and he is by himself and manages to get things done and he makes the bagels perfect every time. The twoolder gentleman that work there all the time don?t listen to what you say when you order and don?t put much effort or care intowhat they are doing which causes a lot of mistakes and slower service. This location is very tragic! The worst ever! I?m a frequent Dunkin? Donuts customer & cringe when I go here. They?re always out... of stock, of EVERYTHING! I arrived at noon & there were no donuts of any flavor, no oat milk, almond milk, liquid cane sugar, nostrawberry refresher. I literally asked ?why was the store open?? Awful service and coffee. Wish I could get my money back because I threw the drink away. Placed an order for a frozen coffee on... the app, waited a decent amount of time, ran in to get it, it?s not there. Realize the one person running the store is outsidetalking with his friends. He makes my drink. It looked like all coffee concentrate and curdled milk to be honest. I thought fora second it was chocolate and the order was messed up. It didn?t look like it had been stirred. Went in for some take out and was thoroughly disappointed. It took FOREVER for him to service me, despite me being the only... customer at the time. Placed my order and told the guy three sandwiches and add sausage to one of them and he repeated it backto me and then didn?t put the other two sandwiches down! Then when I went back to get my other 2 sandwiches, I noticed that 1 ofthe 2 snack bacon treats I got were not in the bag. Took my coffee order but not... the rest, made the coffee but did not give it to me, then walked away and talked to employees. Even kicked out a woman forsleeping with her head on the table even though she bought coffee.
