We kept meaning to try this place and finally got to. The Johnny B . Good is a frozen custard/banana pudding with pieces of real... banana and cookies in it. The Jukebox (I think?) was a fantastic chocolate and peanut butter treat. The staff was friendly andattentive. It's not fast, since they make them for you as ordered. Today was my 1st visit and what a great experience it was! Perfect day for frozen custard. I had the banana pudding and my son... had the apple cider donut, absolutely delicious! Nice sitting area and the umbrellas provided the right amount of shade. Themusic was great! Read more

We had a great experience here! The owner Brandon is super nice and charismatic - he took time to speak with each guest and... answer any questions about the menu. I got this apple cider donut with creamy custard ice cream that was just to die for. Theyhave a beautiful location - it?s an old Ice House on a corner in Old Town Alexandria.
