this is great pizza hut location. great staff, very friendly and their care about their jobs shows thru every exchange
Every time I come here to this location, I leave disappointed. The customer service is ALWAYS bad no matter who I encounter.... This trip in particular I ordered curb side, it was never brought to me. I walked in, nobody said anything but, "name?". Iveorded a Detroit syle pizza enough to onow what it USUALLY looks like, long story short, I recieved an old pizza. Read more
The delivery guy was rude and aggressive about a tip. I didn't realize tipping was an obligatory thing as this is the first time... I've ever ordered delivery. I could have understood if he just calmly explained that the $5 delivery fee was not a tip, but hekept hounding about it as I tried looking for a pen to sign the receipt. It was 9:16 p.m. at night and having an older mantalking to me aggressively did not feel safe. Furthermore, the food was lukewarm and the pizza dough in the pan pizza was hardand dry. I do not recommend the Cinnabon mini rolls from Pizza hut; get them from an actual Cinnabon store because the dough isnot soft and it feels like chewy plastic. I truly regret having ordered from this place because the quality of the food did notmake up for the delivery. Read more
I live 0.6 miles from there and when I order delivery my pizza is always and hour and a half later or never show up. This Pizza... Hut location is terrible, they don?t even call you or anything telling you your order was canceled Read more
