Average pulled pork sandwich. I tried different sauces & they all tasted similar. The mac & cheese was too watery for my liking.... However the two together works well. I particularly liked the staff. They were friendly & warm. Read more
What a GREAT find while in Washington DC! I came in with our video crew, our bartender was really great, but... even better was... the food! We got the burnt ends to share, burgers and white chili all around, along with a solid pour on the drinks. I highlyrecommend stopping through and enjoying a meal if you're in town. Cheers! Read more
This past weekend I used Pork Barrel BBQ catering for a party I was hosting. THEY WERE FABULOUS. First off, I was a very nervous... party planner and I called a couple times to talk through my order and each phone call really put me at ease. The first time Icalled, I was able to place my order and they helped me figure out how much food I'd need and made helpful recommendations. Thesecond phone call, I was able to add on more food when more guests confirmed and it was so simple because they're veryorganized! I even paid over the phone so friends could pick the food up for me and they raved about how helpful and kind all theemployees were in person. NOW, THE FOOD. SPECTACULAR. Everything came perfectly packaged in reusable containers, which madeclean up a breeze. The amount of food ordered ended up being just right - leaving us with some very coveted leftovers andleaving all our attendees with fully, happy bellies! ALL of the guests asked where the food was from because it was so deliciousand they loved it. Honestly, this was such a great experience (I'm typing this over potato salad and brisket leftovers forbreakfast..). Somehow the meat has no flavor but the sides are all WAY over seasoned. I've never that much garlic or salt poured into... something while the meat tasted like cardboard. Possibly the worst BBQ I've ever had. Read more

I ordered delivery and spent about $30. I had high hopes for this food due to the reviews but I was unfortunately disappointed.... I ordered chopped pork, pulled chicken, half rack of ribs, mc and cheese, coleslaw and bbq beans. The cornbread that came withthe order was crumbly and dry. The ribs were almost tasteless, and so was the chopped pork. The pulled chicken was just okay.Only the coleslaw and bbq beans were good but then again, it's kind of hard to mess up baked beans.
