11/7/22. Food made incorrectly. Wait times too long!! Horrible management!! Placed my mobile order at 7:08pm. Mobile app said... it was ready for pick up around 7:15pm. Walked in with no one in sight to attend to me along with one other customer alreadywaiting for their order. Another customer comes in after me and is also waiting. No line in drive-thru. As I'm waiting inthe front area, I see through the kitchen door window, someone sitting on a stool laughing. After waiting until 7:30pm, thecustomer who came in after me yells "HELLOOO??!!" Finally, someone comes out to help us. It was the same lady who was laughingin the back doing nothing. She helps the customer and then helps me. After waiting about 20-25 min, I get my order of 6tacos!!! I drive home and find my order is all wrong and I can't eat it. I had to go drive back. I speak to the manager, Simonand request my order be remade. Had to teach Simon step by step how to order on the app. I also tell him it's yourresponsibility to attend to the customers in the store. He responds we do have people in the front. I then told him the othercustomer who came in after me had to yell out "HELLO!!" I then told him anyone can come in here and steal anything. I alsoasked why is the food out in the pickup area. He stated they no longer put it in the pick up area because food is being stolen. Well, it's probably being stolen because no one is watching the front. This isn't the first time I've ordered the same foodhere. In the end, I wasted one hour to get 6 tacos!! That's two round-trips!! What a waste of my time!! Why is this Tacobell service so slow even when there's no line in the drive thru? It's clear, Simon does not know how to manage this store.This place desperately needs new management. Simon has to go. Also, look at this. Does this Mexican pizza look like the pizzathey show in their app? I don't think so. The quality and service here just sucks. Fire the management!! Read more

Taco Bell is now 100% geared to delivery app pickup and drive-thru. No counter staff, no cashier, no menu! A printed receipt is... not an option on the shelf serv menu screen. Read more

I do not know what changed recently but the service is much much slower now than it was a few months ago. The drive through is... extremely slow. I loved coming here before because of how fast you guys were. The quality/amounts used to be better too. Youguys are being a little stingy now. Read more

Staff was not professional or helpful. I placed an order through tcobell website, order tracker showed it is ready. Drove to the... store, waited like 5 minutes with no one on the counter, finally a staff member showed up but was about to walk away againquickly. I asked her about my order, she said they are working on it. I told her the website says it's ready 20 minutes ago. Shestarted to get angry asking for the name on the order again and 3 minutes later they told me the order is not in their system,it was never made. I said to myself okay that could happen sometimes, so I asked for preparing the order and get what i paidfor, then my second shock was when the response from the store manager that they will not do that, they will not prepare anyorder or even refund me and I need to call customer service. I showed her the online order, the receipt email and the orderstatus showing ready for pick up from her store , without any luck. I had to reorder again in the store my, pay again and onlyto find that the order was wrong when I arrived home. At that point I gave up. Don't go there! Read more

Good restaurant. Been here 3 or 4 times. Order is always correct and the drive thru moves at a reasonable pace.
