Food is tasty, but service is poor, I used to order food over phone to save time but it still late, I had to wait almost 40... minutes for 6 pupusas, I understand when it?s busy, but this time was slow, even though the average time for the food be readyis 15 minutes? Read more
I went on my break to pick up some food and headed back to work. I noticed immediately that my food had a long brown hair in... it. In my plantains to be specific. I then had to drive all the way back to have them remake my order. I understand that thingsmay happen from time to time but I wasn?t offered any discount on my food in regards to the hair and the inconvenience it causedme. Additionally, I asked for a side of queso and she told me it would be an additional charge... like really. That was thecherry on top. Couldn?t even throw in the cheese. Please note that this was the smallest piece of cheese I have ever been givenfrom a Hispanic restaurant.The Springfield location is better. Save yourself the aggravation and just go there. Read more
My husband and I went to your restaurant for lunch and fell in love with your mango shake and decided to go again but made a... mistake with locations and thought that we were going to tbe one in Springfield instead ended up in the Alexandria location!Bad mistake the WORST SERVICE EVER! I just received probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered, started off with waiting over 30 minutes for tacos... while others placed their orders and received their food well before I did. Then when I did finally get my food and started towatch the soccer game they already had on, the cashier Gloria changed the channel. I asked if she could change it back, she saidyes but never did. I waited about 10 min and politely asked again, and was told NO with a attitude. I will probably not givethis location my business anymore, the Springfield location seems to have much better customer service. Read more
