As much buisness that you do and the price hikes just added, you would think they can cover the use of credit cards. Also the... food portions seem to be a lot smaller than they use to be. Be very careful pulling a container of theirs that contain liquidin them. The tops will pop off and spill all over. I pull the soup container out and the lid came off and spilled over theentire order in the bag. Even just a waning from someone there that the lid is not very secured would have been nice. If I gotthe warning I would have asked them to tape it shut. If this order tipped over in my car it would have been all over my car. Fortunately I had someone to holding the order. Advice either stop buying the cheap container with lids that are not secured orstart taping the lids down..... Just poor customer service. Read more

Tell me how it takes almost 40 minutes to get 4 chicken strips and an order of mozzarella sticks when I ordered on the phone and... was told it would be ready in 10 minutes? Second time something like this has happened. Then see people order like 15 thingswhen I walk in and get their food before me when I ordered 40 minutes ago. It's obvious they never put my order in, but no onecould say I'm sorry that it didn't get put in or anything. If I hadn't of paid at the counter thinking my food would have beenready I would have walked out. Read more
