It was my first experience with Papa Johns, and it wasn?t the best one . The food is very good, but never order it for delivery.... They partner with Door Dash and that delivery was a disaster! I was waiting for the delivery forever, and finally when I checkedonline, I found out that my food was already delivered! The Door Dash driver did not knock or ring the door bell to let me knowthat the food is there. He simply threw the boxes of pizza on the front porch in the outside temps of 20s and left. So when wediscovered the food just laying there it was already frozen . Called the Papa Johns and the Door Dash customer support to reportit. None of them really cared . So just to warn you, opt for dine-in or carry out, do not order delivery! Read more
There was a mix up on my order online and the staff was so helpful in rectifying the order. Great pizza!
Never had this experience and to bad it happened. Made a order and they declined it cause im"out of range" called back to remake... an order and go pick it up myself buy the lady insisted on not making my order.. don't work in customer care if you don't evenwanna make an order. Read more
I wish i could give zero stars this place is the absolute worse the customer service is absolutely atrocious. The employee who... was there on the day i placed my order was going back and forth from touching money putting his hands everywhere and thentouching my FOOD. He mad a mistake on my order since i asked for extra pepperoncini and he went and grabbed them placed them onthe filthy work table while he put the others away then he went grabbed them again and just put them on the counter for me tograb. I don't understand what kind of terrible standards this place has but i 100% sure don't recommend it to anyone. Read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!! I live 10 Minutes aways from papa John's I ordered food for my family for delivery and 2 hours later... still didn't have anything I call the number they hangout on my 11 times I call the corporate number they transfer me to adifferent number with out answer!! HORRIBLE customer service they charge me for the food and never got anything!! I drove tothe place and they told me that the previous worker have cancel the order but I still got charged please don't go to algonquinIllinois location they unprofessional and customer careless!!
