The worst service ever!! Not only do they have the doors locked to go in and order, you have to use the drive thru which is okay... but it?s broken, so you have to pull up to the window, I waited 20+mins for the car in front of me to get taken care of and thenwhen I got to the window I was told that I would have to wait again because there are online orders in front of me I spent mywhole lunch break +more waiting when finally I had to leave! I?d give this place negative stars if I could. Service is always slow and today they legitimately told me that they didn?t know... where a product was and how to use the oven for it. Somehow they forgot or didn?t know how to use their oven for a simple pizza.Didn?t know it was rocket science to use the oven with pre-installed function buttons that they use for everything else? Happy to see Aliquippa,Pa Subway is open. ( Its always hit or miss at one in Hopewell,which is closer to me)The girl that... waited on me was very nice,and asked questions of what I'd like. The meat/veggie bar was clean. She wore gloves.Had hair tiedback. Floors had just been cleaned,they were still wet. With caution sign up.
