This location use to be great. We go there weekly! Over the last 2 months has consistently gone way down in customer service and... food quality. Manager doesn?t seem to care. Just gives shoulder shrugs. Will not be going back to this location. Read more
I am done with Chipotle. Their quality has been consistently declining. I ordered a burrito bowl and there is no way the Chicken... they gave is 4 oz. I had to add double chicken and it paid 14$ for that. Don?t think I am going back there. Read more
This location sucks. They get my order wrong every time I order online. They even get your order wrong when you wait in line... inside: Double rice = one mostly full spoonful Lite Pico = two giant spoonfuls Point out that they put something wrong onthere any they just stare blankly. Don't expect them to make a new bowl or say sorry. I guess you gotta make a scene for them tocorrect your order. Stuff is always miss from the food line whether it be Salsa, cheese or whatever. I don't know if you needto pay them more or what but do what you gotta so I quit wasting money at this location. Basically same experience as everyother low review. Read more
Very poor management of this chipotle. There were a whole bunch a mobile orders and a few people came in but I felt so bad for... the guy that was over there working the to-go orders all by himself! While the manager and everyone else did nothing until hespoke up and said I?m not doing this by myself. So all of us customers ares it it takes watching this guy get slammed withorders and the manager seemed like she could care less. I?ve worked in restaurant so I know how it is and that?s why peopledon?t last long. I?m surprised he didn?t walk out for real. Definitely will not be back to this location. Ever. Read more

Ordered online for a burrito. When I arrived, the food I received was a bowl and not a burrito. I went up to the takout line... worker and told them that the item was meant to be a burrito and not a bowl. They scoffed and gave me a rude look, before takingbowl without saying anything. I stood and waited while she then proceeded to make another 2 other items before making myburrito. Overall the staff I interacted with was incredibly rude over an incorrect item.
