This place is so amazing. Friendliest staff, and perfect drink every time!! I have become a usual for the Oreo cheese milk tea.... The consistency of the boba is also great to me, and a generous amount of it. Just chewy enough, and not too sweet! I love it. Read more
Feng Cha is one of the best drink places I have been to. For 20 years I would go to Starbucks every morning and every evening. I... had a VIP status with Starbucks that comes with huge savings but when it comes to my afternoon drinks I still left them for FengCha. The service and product at Feng Cha is very good. I do believe that Feng Cha could work a little better at listening tocustomers. If a customer makes a complaint it does not mean the company is doing a bad job. Humans often mis communicate. If Iget a bad drink I want to say something so it will be made right the next time I come in. Reading the instructions and listeningto the customer is important. The first time I came in to Feng Cha a new employee forgot to put the syrup in our drinks. I askedif they would remake our drinks and we were told no. My friend never went back with me. She also went and told everybody we workwith at a huge hospital about her experience. This is one reason it is so important to listen to your customers. I know peoplemake mistakes. Busy place, nice decor and fruit tea options are good. Milk tea is not so great though
I absolutely ADORE this place. I went here because of a recommendation from a friend, and went back two more times during my... week long trip in Allen.
