???????????????????????? Loved the pizza ???? I finally found another great pizza place. The thin crust and toppings are... perfect! Was in the area for a Balloon Festival and it was cancelled due to the weather. So backup plan was to grab somethingto eat! Well after a 45min wait I quickly realized that the pizza was one of the best I have had here in Texas! Plus it is alot closer than my other favorite which is in Fort Worth. Overall I am super excited about this place and the pizza. Save roomfor dessert! Next visit I will be doing that for some of the amazing looking cheesecake. ???????? Can?t wait to visit hereagain!!!! This was our first visit, and my husband and I absolutely loved Grimaldi's!!! We ordered a Pizza to share then had dessert-... Tiramisu and Oreo cheesecake- we couldn't eat it all. They have modified their... water system to mimic Brooklyn tap water so they can perfectly emulate that delectable Brooklyn crust. They use coal-firedovens. Maybe I should have started with that.
