Finally received my order 2 1/2 hours after placing order and pizza was dry and taste like it had been reheated a couple of... times. Store manager gave me a credit, when trying to use it I couldn?t get through to the manager. I kept getting back to themain menu. I gave up after nine tries. I will try again tomorrow. Read more

Poor customer service/ seal broken on pizza and no seal on wing. The door dasher broke the seal on my pizza and the there was no... seal on my wings. The door dasher then tried to give me this door dash bag saying I can keep it. Then he refused to take mypizza out the bag. Not to mention he sat on a dead end street with my food for 10 mins.when I got my food it look really weird .PIZZA HUT REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SAYING THEY DONT DO REFUNDS. I had to call customer service while in the store theyso say processed my refund and I should see it in 1-3 business days. Waited over an hour for one large pizza because they ran out of cheese. Finally after waiting this long my pizza is ready but my... cinnamon rolls were never put in, so here I am again waiting another 10-15 minutes for them. This was terrible service and noone even apologized for anything, just a bunch of young kids not caring about anything. Get your store together management. Read more

We don't want free pizza, we want better service. I've ordered from this location numerous times and you'd think it'd get better... but it doesn't. When you've got a house full of family and hungry kids you want what you order when you order it. It'sfrustrating when you place your order and then have half of the family wait for fresh pizzas because they weren't made worthyenough to sell. Nearly every time there's something wrong with the order. The order is usually the same with the exception ofdrinks, cheesey bread or wings; which are trash btw, not sauced enough and usually overcooked or like they've been cooked gottencold and recooked in old oil. We always get light sauce because you'll end up with cheese floating on a bed of sauce if youdon't. Then there's the time our pizzas only had toppings down the middle and the rest was dry and cooked with light sauce butnothing else. There's one manager that tries her best to satisfy her customers, Imani. She's been great and she's had to replaceour pizzas on more than one occasion. But I'm so tired of ordering food, paying then having to wait for fresh food because thefood we ordered and paid for wasn't fresh. Pizza Hut needs to step their game up. Read more

First time I ordered from here, my pizza was great, second time store was close even though my order went through. They made it... right the next day, but the pizza wasn't good at all. My made my order tonight with a 2ltr Pepsi. Delivery driver shows up withan extremely hot diet Pepsi. Said they were out of Pepsi. I ask him why I wasn't called and asked. He had no answer. Open thepizza and it looked as if it was cut by Stevie Wonder. Again, pizza was very tough, over cooked and not great. I will be movingon from this location. Read more
