Came in to catch a lunch with my friend. Got Chimichurri Steak salad with no modifications, apart from asking them to use... Balsamic Vinegar. The man taking everyones orders was incredibly rushed, seemed as they were trying to do everything, andvisibly rushing me and other guests during their ordering process. I distinctly and clearly told him "Instead of the sauce Iwant plain balsamic vinegar". He put vinaigrette on my salad and mixed it in. That is 200 calories I was actively trying toavoid by asking for vinegar, and one rushed employee not listening ruined it for me. I would have got the main sauce it camewith if I had that many calories to waste. Furthermore they were literally snapping their fingers at the lady behind me as shewas trying to spit out her order at the speed this man was trying to get customer to keep up with.
