Ordered on the app today, arrive at 6:50am and all the lights were off. It looked like it was closed. Unfriendly guy delivers my... food, but ok. I still tipped. Got to the office and my breakfast toaster wasn?t toasted at AT ALL. It had less than half thebacon it usually does, and the bacon was basically burnt. I was the only customer at the time, and it looked like he was theonly employee there. Stop being lazy and do your job, bro. Pathetic. Read more
I would like to start off by saying that I love sonic. The drinks are amazing, but almost everytime I have gone, there has been... an issue. There are a couple days i am tired getting off work and just want a shake. This is usually an hour off sonics closingtime, and every time the shake machine has just been broken. Everytime that I order off the app as well, I have to go back andpress the button so they know im here. The app doesn't alert them inside. The store will always have an issue no matter what.The staff will not give change back unless asked to. I waited in my car for 10 minutes waiting for them to bring me $4. I don?t mind waiting for food. I worked in the fast food and restaurant business for 3 years so I get it. But the fact I had to... wait 30 minutes for a burger and a shake when 6 cars had arrived after me and received their food before me (within 5-10 min ofordering) was very frustrating. The only thing this Sonic is good for is the drinks. Seems the food and drinks are served at the same temperature. Had to scrape... the cheese and onions from the inside of the bag, and everything had to be reheated in the microwave when i got home. I liveless than a mile from this location. Read more
