Alex is the person who works there even after taking 3 foot longs , he says he wants to charge for 6 separate 6" subways. He was... so awkward, very rude. I prefer not to go to this location anymore. Read more
I'd give this location zero stars if I could. Customer Service is horrible. I walked in the door and the store had no other... customers but there were two employees who didn't even acknowledge that I was there and provided no greeting until I said "hihow are you today". From there things continued to go downhill as I stood there waiting for one of the two employees to take myorder. I had to literally ask for someone to take my order. One person was counting the register and the other was overlydedicated to affixing a label to a container. Neither one wanted to take my order and they argued about who should help me so Iwalked out. I did not feel welcomed here No interaction besides do u want cheese, toasted? Veggies? Chips and drink? The food didn?t taste... right either the veggies had a chemical taste to them bread was hard and very little meat on sandwich. Potbelly?s,Firehouse suband jersey mikes are much better options if your looking for a tasty sandwich. Read more
Three times in a row they have messed up my orders. Go to another location. Whether its literally not putting any cheese on the... orders, only putting 2 pieces of meat, or toasting the wrong sandwich with the wromg bread. This location just can't get itright. Fuuny thing is when they remade the order they did an ok job. Just do that first, instead of wasting my dam time. Read more

Also paying for extra meat is never worth it here when ordering online, they wont give it to you and you will be out themoney. On the rare occasion they will make it correctly but it feels more like a miracle. Everyone working here seems to hateit, but again who could blame them, it?s a Subway and I doubt they are being well taken care of. Read more
