We stopped here to get some food after a long day. I don't live in the area, my daughter does and I was In town because of my... grandmother's death. So I ordered about $60 of food online and received very rude service from the kid at the window. When Iplaced the order online it said I had to walk in to pick up so I try and go in at 9:58pm but the doors were locked so I wentthru the drive thru. They said doors lock at 10 but I can stay in drive thru, ok. We get to the window and 2 drinks we orderedwas out and what do I want instead. I told him I need to make a call but he said again, what do you want . I said I need to makea call and ask. After this he was super rude to me when I asked for our drinks and some napkins. Once home and I was passing outthe burritos, we noticed that they were half the size and with almost no beans. I was never rude and did not yell at him so Idon't think their attitude toward me was acceptable. There was a female there that was on the speaker but I never saw here onceI pulled up to the window, she was probably the manager and if there was an issue it would have been nice for her to come to thrwindow! I ordered nacho fries, they took my payment and then afterwards told me they didn?t have nacho fries and didn't say anything... else. Asked if I could just do fiesta potatoes instead and this is what I got? Read more

Exquisite cuisine. The tortilla to ground beef ratio was spot on. The shredded lettuce had a crisp snap to it. I can?t help but... think that the tomatoes were cut from the vine on property. The finest example of authentic queso I have come across since mytrip to Mexico City in 72. if you were lucky enough to be within 2 miles of a Taco Bell, which, all of us are, don?t hesitate totake in the atmosphere, with a fresh Cinnabon. The location at 1606 E Belt Line Rd, Richardson, TX 75081 allows me to place a mobile order for drive thru pickup, but upon... arrival there is a sign that says "pickup mobile orders inside before midnight" The location at 380 E Stacy Rd, Allen, TX 75002does the same, and I've seen a few more in the DFW area with these signs. This causes an awkward scenario where I have to park,walk in, ask about the order and mention the sign, and usually wait about 5-10 minutes while they start making thefood. However, when I do place an order for in-lobby pickup, I'll wait for the "food is ready for pickup" notification beforewalking inside. Every time, I have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes before the food is actually done as they must've markedthe order as complete to make order times look better in their system. My suggestion to corporate would be to allow locationsto opt out of drive thru pickup at certain times which would gray out the drive thru pickup option in the app when checkingout. The second suggestion is to provide realistic pickup times for in-lobby pickup so workers aren't pressured to mark anorder as complete before it really is. No workers did anything wrong, it seems to be issues with app and unrealistic metricsset by corporate. Read more
