Taco Casa is THE VERY BEST taco chain in Texas. The one in Allen, on Main Street, has high quality food but their service... leaves a lot to be desired. I think it's just the people that work there. Even though it takes way longer than it should to getfood, it is still the very best. Don't make the mistake of going to Taco Bell or Taco Bueno. Read more

Taco Casa is a standard franchise taco shop catering to Americanized taste buds (Tex Mex). It meets the expectations of a fast... food shop serving decent ground beef crispy tacos. Two minor quips: 1) the meat is seasoned with a bit more salt than I wouldhave liked 2) the taco shells were not completely as crispy as I would have liked (there was a bit of chewiness to them that arenot typically associated with crispy taco shells). Overall, this fast food taco shop is on par with the Taco Bells and TacoBuenos of the world. Food is good and seems to have better ingredients than the other "Taco..." big chains. The new owner is very stingy with the hot... sauce packets. They removed them from the dining area and limit how many you can receive in the drive-thru. I was told by onedrive-through employee that they were allowed to provide 1 packet of hot sauce per item - after asking for 2-3 per item andordering 11 items. That's the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Read more
