I was really excited to try this restaurant today but really disappointed I didn?t just go to my favorite place. The egg drop... soup had no flavor ZERO. We had to add salt and pepper to it. My rice in my tiger rice was slightly over cooked and had littleflavor as well. I even added a pepper to help the taste of it. Overall the taste was quite good. Rice was steamed perfectly and the veggies and sauce were excellent. The proteins were the... weak link as both the beef and pork were chewy. Two small (5oz of protein) bowls came out to over $22 after tax. Considering>80% of the bowl was rice, the mark-up seems to be on the high end. Read more
The wait for takeout food was extremely long. We understand that there was only one person making the food, but after all that... we wait, the portion size seemed smaller than expected, so I was still hungry afterwards. It was good, just not sure it is worththe wait unless you order super early and expect a long wait. Read more

The story: about 6 weeks ago I was picking up for specific delivery app company at the time and the wait time was terrible, (I... was told 15 minutes and it ended up being almost 40 minutes). I was new at this and didn't realize I could have just dropped itand let another driver grab it. It was about 10 or 11 pm when I went in to pick it up. I did a couple more gigs after and headedhome, but while at home I decided to go on and write a review due to all the not so great things I had seen and the terriblewait time even though it had been hours later. The thing that has been bothering me is that the owner did not nicely addressthe issues I wrote about like he had with the other negative reviews. He came back with a very aggressive response and that isfine, but he went into the delivery driver app that I picked up for and gave me one star and said I was unprofessional while inhis restaurant which is very untrue. I stood at the door behind the plastic shield in a very warm restaurant and politely waitedfor the order I was to pick up. I am appalled that the owner went in and lied about me not only as a driver, but as a person,and possible customer. His retaliation affected my payouts and I could have been fired. Mr. Small Business Owner, yourreviewers are mostly wonderful and my review would have never affected your rating in Google or your income. You told myworkplace I was unprofessional and I absolutely was not. I lost money waiting the almost 40 minutes for you to finish OURcustomers order.
