Unfortunately, our last three visits were worse than our first two. Our server takes our order, 20 min later realizes that she... still hasn't brought my drink over. Our food came in the opposite order, meaning the adults main meal, 10 min later the childrenfood, and finally the appetizer. Ask for sauce and was never given it. Finally after our hour and half visit, I paid and leftmost of the food on the table. The food sat for some time, workers stood around doing nothing, the bathrooms looked like somehole in wall clubs toilets, and the there was no regard to explain the situation. Now I understand under staff, but I will neverunderstand under performance, or under customer service. Never will go to this one again. Hit or miss and I am not taking anymore chances. Read more
Ahhh good old Applebees. This chain is a staple of mine when on the road traveling. I haven?t been in a couple years though and... glad I stopped by. The Long Island Iced Tea was great and fairly priced. I got Fish N Chips and a salad with extra tea. Greatmenu selections and consistent quality. Service here was also great ???????? Read more
Not the best Applebee's that's for sure. It's unfortunate because I like Applebee's franchise espically with all they have to... offer. This one is just a little ran down and service is a little slow. The last time we went wasn't to bad but it's always hitor miss and most of the time it's miss... No cars in the parking lot. Dined in with just 2 booths of ppl and no one else. Our server was Ashley. Ashley was the bomb. As... she was our server, waitress, our everything. And Bartender as well! We had El Nino Margherita, The El Presidente.. Our go towas Ashley. Well Ashley was such an exceptional everything today she gets a+ service. We loved the drinks Ashley!! All thedishes were hot and fresh. Hot????and delicious. I will definitely be back for lunch she was awesome we had drinks we hadappetizers and we had a great lunch to go.
