We came in at 7pm to get some ice cream. Service was horrible. Nothing was stocked, they were ?out of cones? the lady helping us... was constantly talking on the head set to the guy 10 feet from her and obviously having a good conversation. I ordered a cake for my boss' birthday through online last Saturday. So I went to pick it up this morning, but they hadn't... prepared my cake and even checked the order. It should have been ready for the time I set up. But they didn't even apologize tome and I waited more than 20 minutes and was late for work. It was very disappointing why they didn't even check their onlineorders and say sorry to me who was their customer. I am used to go to the store to get something, but I do not want to go backanymore. I stopped in this evening (3/15/2019) a little bit before 8. I was hesitant because of the bad reviews, but I had no issues with... service or the food. Katherine mixed the ?Founders? menu item for me and was ready to take my order before I had even decided.For future reference I would keep in mind there are two people working and that could cause delays during the busy summermonths, but I had no issues this evening. They were out of almost every flavor, you can't customize anything, and half the time I'm not sure anyone is there during open... hours since the lights are off (this was at 3PM on a friday)... why? Culvers is serving ice cream literally right next door andthey are open all the time and have a ton of traffic. Also, their gift card machine has been down for at least three weeks.Before COVID, they had excellent service, then it's just like they stopped caring. Read more
