The service was terrible. Not alot of people were there and the server barely checked up on my table. I ordered the bacon... cheeseburger and the bun was very soggy and overall not that good. The rest of the table didn't get there appetizer till therest of the food came because the server forgot. The other servers were watching TV and yelling at the screens, making theatmosphere terrible. I paid my bill and did not receive any change, as the server took it as a tip. I didn't say that it was atip and the rest of my table cut out the amount she took from there tip. If i could choose 0 I absolutely would. The host was very unprofessional, spoke as if we interrupted his conversation and just... showed as nasty disposition. The manager with the black hoodie just looked unapproachable so the idea of a complaint went outthe window. The only refuse was Phillip the smiling waiter. The only bright spot in the building. As a repeat customer this isnot expected nor warranted on my visit to your establishment . The negative attitudes over shadowed the food. Thanks forallowing my concerns. Read more
I used to go here alot for half price apps after 9 pm. I went here for a early dinner the service was great, waitress and... manager was very nice. We got appitizers the chips were old tasted funny, wings were a little over cooked, and my husbandchicken sizzler wasnt hot when it came out. Read more
The staff is wonderful. I always sit at the bar and the bartenders are always super nice and accommodating. The food is not... great, I don't ever get food unless it's a app. My coworker got wings and the one was not cooked through fully, he still ate it.So idk if the food is worse or his decision making. So, when we first walked in we stood in front of the door for a good minute before any employee even saw us. They were all by... the bar just laughing and having a great time, which is fine when customers aren't waiting. Then finally one of the maleemployees noticed us and SLOWLY made his way over to us. No greeting or how are you, He then asked how many, we told him and hesnapped at us ( literally snapped his fingers like a cool guy from Grease) and walked away, came back, leaned on the counter andlooked like life itself was over as he figured out where to place us. Eventually a female employee came up and did the samething, just stood there and huffed as she couldn't figure it out either. At this point we had just about had it, we hadn't beenthere for more than 5 minutes and saw no hope of any decent customer service. But then like a ray of sunshine sent from above,another female employee walked up, looked at the table book (how they have which server takes care of which section) and showedus to a table in a matter of seconds. Here's where it finally starts getting good, she only took our drink order and appetizerbefore I'm assuming shift change happened and we had a male server named Dominic. Dominic was the The Best server I've had inquite sometime! I'm only 30 but I've been in customer service most of my life, with that being said Dominic was literally topnotch! I'd say a raise should be in store for him! Super helpful, talked my wife out of changing her order because what sheordered was a 9/10 in his opinion, and had the patience of a saint to deal with my mother and kids lol. So we started off rockybut after the terrible front of house service we got (which we weren't the only ones, the next table that was set had the samelook on their face after dealing with Mr drama) we had the best server and quite honestly some of the best food I've had inquite some time!
