If I could give zero stars I would. We drive a semi-truck and when we saw the sign for pretzels, we thought, what a great... snack to hold us over til dinner. Pulled into truck parking, washed up, and then walked over to get some pretzels....we weretold, CLOSED by the associate in line, in which she had more interest in looking at her phone. ???? Yummy slush! But little snobby brown haired girl that wears eyeliner with her hair pulled back that works there is very ignorant... I was confused on the drinks cuz I've never been there and I'm from out of country and I changed my mind on my order after only2seconds went by, because i wanted the strawberry lemonade icee and got the strawberry lemonade juice drink with ice, and Iasked if i can buy the slushie instead and the girl, pressed her lips, rollerld her eyes and okay "i guess!" Service was fine. Food horrible. Cinnamon pretzel was dry, hard and over baked. Could hardly chew or pullapart. Also had... strawberry drink. They added Swedish fish candy on the lid. I assumed it was part of the drink I ordered. Then saw I was chargedfor this small handful. I didn't ask for it. Why was given and charged? Maybe turnpike food but no excuse for this franchise tooffer such lousy food and bill for items not requested. Gentlemen serving were polite and quick. Read more
I use my app for points and extras any where I go for some reason the girl took my order while I have the app out and showing it... to here and wasted my time to tell me they do take it dont bother even opening the app to get points they don't want to do it Read more
