I?m pretty picky about sushi, mostly because I?ve had some of the best & freshest from CA. But this place fits right up there... with some of the best. Definitely a new go to here in the Lehigh Valley! Would highly suggest based on freshness and flavor! Thequantity was also perfect. I tried the tuna roll and California roll - both amazing!! Everytime I walk into the Allentown Farmers Market, I usually only go to a few places. Beelee started off as a small little nook... on the side lines but it quickly became my favorite sushi in the area! The sushi is always fresh and perfect.
