Dissapointing. I haven't had boston market in years so I drove 35mins to get here, they didn't have either of the 2 things I... came down for (pot pie or chicken w gravy), don't take cash, and half of the sodas were out of order. It was a fantastic restaurant before they started to have inventory issues. The last time I went there, they only had chicken... and maybe 5 sides. They didn't even have any coke products. The previous time i visited they only had meatloaf and corn. I willonly return if they have a reliable menu again. On the positive side, at least the workers are friendly. Read more
The food used to be good 20 years ago, but due to bad management and competition from supermarkets, corners were cut. The... quality as well as their footprint has gone downhill big time. There is no hope for this brand. I believe operating as a ghostkitchen keeps them on life support, but it's only a matter of time before that concept puts a nail in their coffin. As anex-employee at the beginning of their decline in the late 90's early 2000's, I could not believe how expensive this place is.It's just not worth the money. Read more
No food available due to an issue with their trucking company. Perhaps you should figure another means to keep your menu going... until this is worked out or close your doors until there?s food to serve. There wasn?t even salt packets for the only meat and2 sides available that I paid full price for. Read more
Multiple times that I have ordered delivery the order is in complete than when you call them they expect you to pick it up the... purpose of delivery is for the food to be delivered to your home requested a refund which none of the employees know how to dothe refund process than they take your information and you have to wait until their manager call you which I have not received aphone call so I now have to call them again to request a refund which is very disappointing and the portions were small beforethey're even smaller now very poor customer service both times I called the person who picked up had a an attitude whenanswering the phone. I was very disappointed after a friend and I stopped by to eat here. The food was underwhelming to say the least. Too much sauce... on the Carver sandwich that I got. Potatoes were a little underdone and a bit rubbery with not much flavor. It took forever toget served. I do give credit to some of the staff trying to make it work with what looked like a limited staff, however it wasclear that they were frazzled and they looked it and made sure you knew they were frazzled. Very unprofessional. Also, the men'sbathrooms was surprisingly disgusting-urinal was broken and I do not think the toilet had been cleaned in a few weeks. Pleaseget it together management! Read more
Store was not open at 6pm on a Friday night, yet employees were in the store cooking food. Previously tried to go there a few... months ago around the same time and they were ?out of chicken?. This is either the worst managed fast food joint in the LehighValley or it?s a front. Read more
