Terrible!!! The supervisor with the blue shirt and red hair needs more training. She is very nice to the customers but extremely... rude to her fellow coworkers. The way she speaks to them is mind blowing to me. She is basically yelling at them. If you havesomething to say to them, you don?t humiliate them in front of 10 customers. Pull them to the side and speak to them like ahuman. That type of treatment is unacceptable. How do you expect someone to want to work in a environment like that? If I wasone of those female workers or the guys making the burgers. I would of quit on the spot! Read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible food experience. The only good thing I received on my order was the Coca-Cola. See videos (won?t... allow video upload, but I?ll share w/ the manager) and photo; fish sandwich was what appeared to be fried (stiff cardboard like,fried-like consistency to the fish fillet, and bun was burnt on both ends) I don?t know how that was served. The onion ringswere no better and as if they were thrown in the fryer several times (stiff, beyond crunchy, and ready for the trash). I wasextremely disappointed with this visit and definitely not visiting this place only to get my food refund. Total disgust!!! Read more
Got there at 645, door says open at 6am. Locked. Nobody inside. No food in the warmers. I drive a truck that doesn't fit through... the drive thru so I have to go inside. I even walked through the drive thru and no response. Second BK in 2 days I've tried. Sodisappointed. Read more
