I ordered a pizza from the Domino's Pizza at 2 E. Susquehanna St. in Allentown, PA 18103 and I was discussed at what I saw. The... Night Manager(I guess) was making pizza and cashiering at the same time. Never Once washing her hands after doing either one. She even rubbed her hair twice(2x) and went over to the yellow flower and started making pizza. I tried to call the store toinform a manager what was going on and when someone answered the phone and I asked to speak with a manager the employee askedme, "Why", then processed to tell me that he was a manager. I WILL NOT BE EATING THERE FROM NOW ON, IF I COULD GIVE DOMINO'S NOSTARS I WOULD! IF YOUR PEOPLE KEEP SERVING FOOD LIKE THIS, YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE SOMEONE VERY SICK. I called and ordered a large Deep dish meat lovers. To which I was advised that deep dish only came In medium. I said Ok, let... me get two mediums then. I got two cheese medium pizzas. When I called back because I didn't get what I ordered, the employeetreated me as if I was trying to get Free food. I didn't want free pizzas, I wanted what I ordered! Needless to say thereplacement pizzas looked sloppy and we're not properly cooked. Soggy and simply nasty. I got such bad vibes from the orderthat I just threw them in the garbage. $25 + just in the garbage. Needless to say...I will never order from here again.#poorservice Read more
Fire this supposed manager immediately! I walked in after waiting 2 hrs for my food. One worker is smoking a vape pen while she... is making pizza dough, i ask for the manager & she runs to the counter like if she is about to fight. I address the fact theworker is smoking and she says how she doesnt care & asks me what my order is with a nasty attitude. Does NOT apologize & tellsme to leave the store. I will continue to report this dominos to corporate until she is removed. I am not able to order fromanother dominos due to my location. I want her FIRED. She has no consideration for her customers. The pizza here is ok if you want a good deal, but there are many other places in the valley with much better pizza. The issue I... have here is always with the service. Everytime I order either a pickup in store or carside it takes forever to get the food. This last time I waited 10min in my car and decided to go in to a lobby full of people. There is not one person dedicated tothe counter and they are all making food while customers wait without being acknowledged. I waited another 15 min inside thestore and finally cought someone walking by where they keep the completed orders and got my food that was now sitting there for25 min. Read more
I've been meaning to write this review but I kept forgetting. But I will never eat at any dominos ever again. I had to stop... ordering from the one closest to my house because I pay for extra cheese and they kept putting less than regular cheese on itand throw on Hella amounts of sauce. But this one was better. Until I chose the pick up order one day and there was an old mansneezing repeatedly. He turned his head away from my pizza. But guess what was right behind him. Everyone else's pizza. And helooked directly at me and paused. Because he knew what he did. This happened around march 2022. Gross. Mo mask. No gloves. Nohair net. Nothing. Read more
First time I order from this dominos and the driver seemed fine, but when I opened my pizza it looked like the picture attached.
I went to get a pizza and i saw the employees with no gloves on, so i asked the guy and he told me that it wasnt on their rules,... i said but you guys should wash your hands at least because your touching money,, then another person next to me order a pizzaalso and he said to me i agree with you, because they were preparing an order right after charging me cash with out washingtheir hands.. the girl was preparing a pizza and talking on top of it also,,i got soo mad that i left and told the guy to forgetabout my pizza?and the other customer next to me told him to forget his order as well? i left and i even forgot about my moneyso i came bck for my refund and the lady MANAGER that was doing my refund around (3:50 pm) on 9/13/22) made a comment and shesaid, you know they are other restaurant around that u can order from?. I love pizza so my daughter too, but with this badexperience ill Think it twice to buy one? and also the customer service of that place and specially the hygiene is very poor andlow.. you guys are going to lose a lot of customer because i dnt think that people are going to want to spend their money in aplace like this.
