The place was filthy. Chairs are falling apart. And the wallpaper on the walls is being held up by Scotch tape. See photos.... While it was very busy that morning, there was only three people working. Took a half hour to get to the counter to get mycoffee and donuts. You would think with the early morning rush that they would have more people working. The workers wereworking overtime to try to get everybody served. The coffee was good but the donuts were stale. Stopped yo get what I thought was quick bite n go,cashier was reasonably ln y quick,but woman preparing my bagel took almost 15... minutes. Door Dash older woman cut in front of me ,then my order was put to side so she could take care of her. I asked about my order and told it was coming,IN condescending tone.. After using restroom,and standing to wait it come out with burntedges. Worker was doing Dooor Dash,and orders after me. So needless to say ,I will NOT give this location my business everagain. And unless you ONLY need coffee,I suggest if you want bgg your order within 5 minutes,DO NOT GO HERE! Read more
Check your order! They can?t get it right here. I ordered a bagel with butter and they put cream cheese on it three times in a... row! By the way, as you can see, they also burn your bagels here. Read more
I ordered a croissant with butter and grape jelly. There was hardly any grape jelly. When I went back to show them my croissant.... He gave me 2 packs of grape jelly that stiff and unspreadable. This isn't acceptable service and quality. Read more
I had breakfast calmly today to find and behold a hair tie on my donut. I got my money back after waiting and additional 20... minutes. This manager was rude to people ,they can not keep employees and are cutting corners . Smart move on those who walkedout ,go to this place at your own risk. I will be notifying the department of health and food administration. Sorry you can'tkeep doing this to people. And when you talk a foriegn language it makes it look bad , I spoke to them in english.
