The evenings are bad because they close the inside and have to order from drive thru and they usually have one person working at... that time. Takes longer to get things prepared. Managers need to hire more people to help out. Read more
So, asked for 2 coffees and 1 tea. Came back to pass out to everyone and they gave us 3 coffees...no tea. Coffees made way too... sweet. So, none of us are getting caffeine. We are always careful when we order to be clear on what is wanted. This time, theguy on drive-thru was yawning and said he got the details. I think someone had a very late night.
