This location is great 90% of the time. I go here multiple times a week, and they always treat me well, there is however one... manager that whenever she's running a shift, everything goes pear shaped. Orders get messed up, the lobby line goes out the doorbecause nobody checks register for 10 minutes, etc... Read more

Sure I'll admit I came into this location to see if they had a bathroom I could use. Not from the area and was on foot. I walk... in go to the bathroom the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying "Bathrooms for paying customers only." So Ifigured they had a key or something. I went to get in line and bought a Power Aid and asked to use the bathroom and if there wasa key. The woman working said "Girl I wish the bathroom had a key!" I laughed it off and went back to the bathroom. This timethe door was unlocked so I assumed nobody was in there. I open the door and there were two girls in there getting high. I wassurprised said Sorry and quickly closed the door. I tried the next door and it was open but the bathroom was disgusting. Therewas a open box of donuts on the floor, no toilet paper at all, none, someone prolly stole it, the toilet didn't flush, and therewas graffiti all over the walls. I wouldn't have even used it normally if it hadn't had been am emergency. Ya definitely don'thave to be a paying customer I guess to use their bathroom either. Not a dunkin I would ever come back to. I go here every day, and the staff is always quick. I always get a ?have a nice day!? from their employees. Thanks for feeding... my coffee addiction daily!! The lines are sometimes long but it moves quick. Thank you! Read more
We started coming to this Dunkin? cuz it was nicer than mcarthur rd and the staff was nice and made coffees consistently. Now I... have to find another Dunkin? again. They are rude, inconsistent and miss things in our order and we only order 2 coffees and 2sandwiches. Not to mention so slow which makes drive thru so long and they lock the doors so you can?t order inside. Read more
This is the SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED! I ordered an americano with cream and sugar and got cup of coffee warm milk. No... coffee. I caught it and they redid it after I opened up the cup and showed them there was no coffee! They tried to tell me therewas but, it was clearly ONLY MILK. Today I ordered a hot hazelnut latte and got a cup of steamed milk with hazelnut flavor! Nocoffee!!! I stirred. I tasted. There was no coffee. No coffee flavor. I was not able to have them correct it because I didn?trealize it was incomplete until I had left. Last time I will go here. They are not consistent. Place is easy parking, accessible, clean nd well-lit, with many menu choices including all types and sizes of donuts, breakfast... sandwiches, hot and cold coffee and teas, plus impulse items in beverage cooler. The bacon egg and cheese on an English muffinbeat any chain breakfast item I have tried because it was freshly made on toasted muffin, with a real egg and cheese.
