I was in this store on 6th and linden yesterday on 4-14-22 this employee named Bhubi he is a very nasty man he made customers... leave for he was yelling and screaming at the other employee Erica this isn't the first time he has done this he is nasty hedoesn't wear gloves he's been seen picking his nose he doesn't wear gloves as well when he brings the muffins from the back toput on shelves up front this has to stop he shouldn't be working here hits very sad to see this happening in this store Read more
First time coming was cash only, not a huge deal but inconvenient. The only thing decent was the coffee. The donuts were hard... and the breakfast sandwich has hard and soaked in grease. I took one bit and had to spit it out. The second time I tried tocome for just coffee, the business was not open on it's listed business hours. I'm not sure what Allentown is usually like butthis place is horrible for personality, hospitality, service and food. Read more
Every customer should get the same service and attention to detail, not just suits and uniforms! Depends who?s working. Can get... crowded but overall good ppl here. I tip according to the service of my last and current visit. Read more
Usually very busy location. Haven't been there in years. There was at least ,5 people behind counter and service was really... slow. Line was out door and though they could have opened the 2nd register,they didn't. My bagel though,was done fairlyquickly,by older attentive staff member. This is why I haven't gone here in years. Place is disgusting. Hispanic lady at counter in the morning is very polite and serves customers quickly but the food is... terrible. Whomever ever is cooking in the back needs to be trained properly on how to make the food. Was cold and found hairs inmy food one morning. Please fix your service before the Health Department comes walking in there. Read more
Since my bus left super early I had an hour to wait for the next one. After being pestered for money, cigarettes and a place to... stay by random people outside I thought I would sit inside to wait. The young girl that was working was SITTING ON THE COUNTERchatting with friends! I had to repeat my order 3 times before she understood my simple order. Got my food and found a seat.Some random guy sits down telling me I should give him money for a cell phone!!! After moving to another seat and blasting mymusic in my ears I could no longer hear him saying I'm rude for not buying him things!!! What a horrible experience!! Clearly noone there cares. Read more
Everything we got from here was horrible. I counted 4 homeless people living in the store. This place is gross. Everything else... is closed on Saturday. Read more
