Spilt my coffee by accident because workers wanted to take next guy in line and I felt rushed to move out of the way. After my... coffee split all the employees seemed angry. I tried to help clean it up, but was told to just move away w/ an attitude. Theydidn?t even refill my coffee where other places would easily. Horrible service will never go back to this dunkin. Husband and I decided to go to Dunkin for lunch. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich, my husband ordered a slice of pizza from... the shop next door. As I was eating my food and drinking my coffee my husband arrived with his slice of pizza and sat next to meand started eating it. No sooner did he sit down, the manager and cashier walked over to us and told us we had to leave. Wecould not eat there because my husband had food from next door. She said it is the policy of Dunkin and not her policy.Extremely poor customer service, never encountered this before at any Dunkin ever. Needless to say I will never return to thislocation. This is the 3rd time I have stopped at this Dunkin. I do like it because when I have gone it wasn't crazy busy so I got my order... within a few minutes and left. But this last time I ordered a Large Iced Pumpkin Latte and didn't notice anything wrong until Ilooked up and noticed over half the coffee spilled all over my work desk. Went to pick it up and found a huge slice in the cup.Threw out the rest of coffee since it wasn't worth keeping. Maybe it was just a bad batch of cups, just disappointed. Read more
Great parking area and proximity to the highway. The place is very clean and staff is nice. They messed up my coffee order, but... immediately fixed it when I said something about it. Wasn?t as good as if they had done it correctly at first, but still good. Read more
