This location is great 90% of the time. I go here multiple times a week, and they always treat me well, there is however one... manager that whenever she's running a shift, everything goes pear shaped. Orders get messed up, the lobby line goes out the doorbecause nobody checks register for 10 minutes, etc... Read more
Best customer service, super fast!
Sure I'll admit I came into this location to see if they had a bathroom I could use. Not from the area and was on foot. I walk... in go to the bathroom the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying "Bathrooms for paying customers only." So Ifigured they had a key or something. I went to get in line and bought a Power Aid and asked to use the bathroom and if there wasa key. The woman working said "Girl I wish the bathroom had a key!" I laughed it off and went back to the bathroom. This timethe door was unlocked so I assumed nobody was in there. I open the door and there were two girls in there getting high. I wassurprised said Sorry and quickly closed the door. I tried the next door and it was open but the bathroom was disgusting. Therewas a open box of donuts on the floor, no toilet paper at all, none, someone prolly stole it, the toilet didn't flush, and therewas graffiti all over the walls. I wouldn't have even used it normally if it hadn't had been am emergency. Ya definitely don'thave to be a paying customer I guess to use their bathroom either. Not a dunkin I would ever come back to. The bacon egg and cheese on an English muffinbeat any chain breakfast item I have tried because it was freshly made on toasted muffin, with a real egg and cheese.
