Both experiences I had with this store were horrible. The first incident the store forgot the bear ???? we paid for. The second... incident I called in and placed an order for fully dipped pineapples. I confirmed the order and the worker told me my orderwould be right. Instead the store sent me what they wanted to send me. When I called and inquired about the wrong order I wastold the store was busy and I would have to deal with it. When I asked for the customer service number the worker hung up in myface. When I called back a different worker told me that he was instructed to tell me there was nothing they can do and he couldnot give me her name. Cantaloupe and honey dew were slimy. Could not eat. Called to report and was told we didn?t eat soon enough. At least we... enjoyed the strawberries and pineapple and have a nice mug to reuse. Would recommend getting arrangements without melon. Read more

The order I placed was made at approximately 11am on a Wednesday and it delivered to a business location in Allentown, PA so... quickly I was quite surprised. However the young female who confirmed the order by phone out for delivery, lacked customerskills to make this caller comfortable and important. The order was really the best!. An all women's company can be possiblypicky but this group so loved the quality and taste of the covered strawberries and chocolate covered apple wedges, says volumesof the product.
