Its little ceasers, but if youve been away for a while, they have a new Pizza recipe which is surprisingly signicantly better.... Im not pretending its the best Pizza but a full pie for $5.99 while a pizzaria charges that for two plain slices.... its a nobrainer. It's always an incredible wait at this particular location. They have signs all over this franchise claiming hot and ready, but... it's never ready. Even when you call ahead, whatever wait time they tell you, multiply that by at least two and you will get theactual time your hot and ready will be ready. It's a matter of principle. I came to get dinner for my family and I, but the customer service I received was unexpected . No one was at the register so I... said hello because I can see and hear movements behind the heating pizza wall so I repeated a little louder just in case I wasnot heard the gentleman asked what do you want I said I would like to order he replied if you can't wait go and cook at home Isaid excuse me? He repeated I SAID GO AND COOK AT HOME DID I STUTTER and he continued to clean the floor there was anotheremployee there but he never spoke and as I was taking this pictures at one point he showed me the middle finger he's not worthyto be in this franchise. Back in July, I had placed an online order for pick-up - on my way home from work. It accepted my order and payment. When i... got to the Union Blvd establishment in Allentown - there were quite a few of people waiting outside and a note taped to the door"CLOSED". To make matters worse- I went in the next business day to speak with the store manager about either getting a refundor apply it to an order of the same. A Win, Win- Right !! No, the girl at the front counter was the rudest, most snootyperson I've met, All she kept saying was - it will be 3 weeks until I get a refund with a smirk on her face. So, I've decidedto call the Customer Service number- Of course No answer, so finally - the first of September I got to speak to some-one, toldhim the entire ordeal - He took all my information and said he will pass this onto the the store manager and should have aRefund with in the next couple of days and an email sent to me. Well here it's the 3rd week of September and NOTHING. Norefund, no email etc. So answer me this - How can an establishment that is closed - take an online order and accept payment!!
