This McDonald?s is AWFUL! This morning my fiancé and I ordered a simple breakfast and frappes. Got there and told us they won?t... make the frappe they no longer have it and they can?t refund us. Ok fine, we got regular drinks but they gave us a small size to?fill in? for the frappes which were almost 5$ a piece. Then the food order was completely wrong as well, took it back upset andthey said they can?t do anything for me. We spent 34$ on nothing we ordered and they refused us a refund. The manager was givingan attitude to the other employees behind the counter and me as well. Don?t go here, they didn?t care at all. I?ll be callingcorporate. The service at this McDonald's franchise was terrible. They let customers standing in line waiting at the counter while they... concentrated on the drive-through. Customers walked out after waiting too long. One worker was walking out every order to thedrive-through customers because they kept screwing up. The manager openly argued with an inside customer after she screwed uphis order. The workers in the back were openly arguing with each other the whole time I was there. When they did finally take myorder, it took over ten minutes to receive it. The store was not overly busy at this time, either. I will never go back to thisfranchise. Read more
Extremely friendly at the drive through. They forgot my apple slices along with my sweet & sour sauce, so friendly I felt... intimidated and stupid calling the shift supervisor, he was friendly said, "Sorry, it won't happen again," ???? I feel likesome of the workers take the place as a joke. I've seen other workers with different quality at other McDonald's locations. I'msure 2nd shift is tough. Read more
I am not one to ever even leave reviews, but this was an exceptionally poor experience. No fast food restaurant should EVER take... 15 minutes to prepare your food, which is what I encountered. The workers appeared to be standing around and not even trying towork. I could have eaten at a diner and taken roughly the same amount of time that I spent here. Do not ever come here. Read more
These folks did a good job. We had breakfast and everything was just right. Service speed was excellent too. We used the... drive-thru and didn't spend more than 3 minutes total from the time we started our order until we were driving off. Recommended. Read more

The bathrooms were really dirty. Toilet paper all over the floors and toilets themselves were dirty. Service was very slow and... there were only 2 customers in the restaurant but it took over 25 minutes to get our food. And it was only 10:30 am. Thought itwas going to be a quick stop before we spent the day at the park across the street. Boy were we wrong. The service was so slowinstead of being a 30 minute stop it ended up being 45 minutes. I said to my friend that was with me it was such adisappointment going to McDonald's caused it was so slow and not very clean. That I was surprised that they didn't take care ofthe place better and better service knowing there is a big amusement park across the street that most families would rather eatat McDonald's then pay the price for food all day at the park. But with slow service and not really clean people won't want togo. Not to mention trying to get out of the parking spot is hard with all the drive thru cars sitting waiting in line to ordertheir food. Cause we experienced that when we went to leave.
