Buyer beware!! Staff and management is extremely rude and will refuse to refund you for their errors. Ordered delivery... yesterday, order was missing multiple items or items incorrect. Moe?s requires all refunds to be processed through the store andcan not be handled by corporate. When I called the store the employee first attempted to blame the Uber Eats delivery (prettysure Uber eats is not pouring sodas and stealing sides of sour cream!,) when I explained it was her error, the employeeincreased their aggression and told me ?I don?t have time for this. Im busy.? And hung up on me. I called back two more timesand the same employee did the same thing. I called back the next day. The manager answered the phone and stated ?we will refundyou whenever we have time.? And hung up me again! This is not isolated employee issue, this is a management and ownershipissue. Hanging up on customers when YOU are in the wrong is insulting. I will never order from ANY Moe?s again after thishorrible experience. Based on Yelp reviews this is a common issue at this store, and corporate Moe?s turns a blind eye as ?allmoe?s locations are independently owned.? Sorry Moe?s corporate. The owner/management staff at this Moe?s are thieves. They charged me for a queso when I asked to add correct potion size of the... shredded cheese to my bowl. Their reason behind this illegal charge was because I asked to put more potions of food items in mybowl. Mind you that the worker only put literally 4 beans after which I had to ask them to add more beans. I used to like Moe?s,but after the customer service experience I received, I am not visiting this Moe?s anymore. Read more
Dirty, unsanitary, and rude. STAY AWAY!!!!! The older gentleman who works here is so incredibly rude that it's not even funny.... Idk if he's the manager or what but he's been there since I started coming here to eat in 2017. But I digress. I just listenedto him blame a customer for something that wasn't their fault and then continue to bring it up after the fact instead of owningup to his mistake and moving on. He continued to talk about the customer even after they left, which is so unprofessional andmade my experience dining in very uncomfortable. The customers sitting behind me and I all heard the situation unfold and we ALLagreed that the older employee/owner was at fault. I'm usually one to side with employees because I've worked in customerservice for almost 10 years and know how customers can get, but this was 100% the business' fault. Furthermore, the same olderemployee wiped the counter down with a dirty rag with bare hands, didn't wash his hands, put the tin foil down on the counterfor my order with his dirty bare hands, and THEN put on gloves with his dirty hands to make my order. ???? I've been coming herefor years and loved it here, but I think I'm done after today. You guys need to treat your customers better, take responsibilityfor your actions, and roll back the attitude. the place is good, the food is good, there is a guacamole that is spicy and looks good but there is not much information about... its hotness, which is unpleasant because when you go to eat you get that something with good eyesight has a not very flavornice, in general you choose what you add to your taco, you should be careful when you visit a Mexican food restaurant orassociated. I would go back and I recommend it but be very attentive because whoever takes care of you and prepares your food,assumes that you know what you are requesting. The facilities have the comforts, they are clean and it has enough parking, ithas bathrooms, the lighting and temperature is pleasant. It has windows that allow you to see outside and you do not feelenclosed. the tables and chairs are adequate, although there is one that has a green adhesive tape that should be repaired,there is another space for natural juices that I really liked, it is a good alternative for those who leave the gym, it has goodservice ... I ordered a chicken quesadilla and paid extra for sour cream, cheese and extra meat. They didn't give me extra anything and... there is like no meat on here. They barely give you any chips too. Probably the worst restaurant I have ever eaten from. Read more
Reason to go to Moe's; You have a medical condition that requires you to eat a burrito or a Tex-Mex Fast Food Meal and you cant... find a Chipotle or Q'Doba. Reasons Not to go: Because Chipotle and QDoba Exist... and you will still go in to Moe's and stuffyour face, but the whole time you will be wishing it was Chipotle, QDoba, or maybe even Taco Bell.
