I was really disappointed today when I did a take out from OTB. I waited for 15+ minutes in the front for someone to acknowledge... me. By the time I got home, the food was beyond cold as I had to wait for so long to get my food at the restaurant. The portionswere ridiculously small, there was barely any rice in my container & the bean and cheese nachos had like 6-7 pieces in a big tinfoil pan. The food was okay overall. The drinks on the sweet side although it would have been nice to have a choice between a salt or... sugar rim. My main complaint was the wait time. Our group waited almost 2 hours on cinco de mayo because other guests weresitting at the tables not really eating or drinking. And when we asked we were told they have no time limits for guests nolonger consuming. We were told our wait time would be about 45 minutes when we arrived. The extended wait time wasdisappointing. First time trying this restaurant, and we had a great experience. There's a lot of options to choose from, and everything we had... was very fresh and tasted amazing!! Our waitress ran her butt off and did an incredible job, I believe her name was Stephanie..give that woman a raise! She kept up with us and a lot of other tables like cake. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again! Theystart you with chips and salsa...We got a Peach vodka rita... which was absolutely worth the price. Very strong and verydelicious! A Cheese Quasdilla...yum.
