The food you find here is always better than expected, as I understand there are other "P.J.s" in other areas that do not meet... the same level of flavor that this one does. They also serve unique wing flavors which are updated now and then and are alwaysworth trying. My office comes here every Christmas for a party and now I've personally made it my payday lunch spot. Overall great experience! Service and food was great! We got wings, cheesesteak and a burger. Food was all very tasty. We all... know wings have gone up but they are always worth the price. The service and food at this restaurant is so consistently bad that it warrants a Google review. I ordered food to-go online... through the website. When I got to the parking lot, I knew better than to wait for someone to bring the food out because I'vebeen through this twice before and no one ever comes out. Ignore the to-go parking outside... you have to go in the bar and pickit up. I've contacted the manager (Janelle) about this before and she apologized and said she would send me a gift card to makeup for it. The gift card never came... I asked about it after a couple months and a year later, still no gift card. Tonight, Iwas really craving some hot wings and decided to forgive and forget all the bad service I've had in the past. As usual, Iordered online at 4pm and scheduled to pick it up at 5:30. When I got to the restaurant, they never sent my order back to thecooks. Now, I don't mind the fact that I had to sit at the bar with my toddler for 20 minutes. I decided to write this reviewbecause of how awful the food was when I finally got it. The chicken is burnt and tastes like the oil in the fryer hasn't beenchanged for months. There was hardly any chicken on my chicken sandwich (pictures below).
