I love nost Paneras but this one locks its doors much to early before closing. If you are going here just make sure you get... there at least 15 minutes before 9 pm or you will be locked out. Read more
Just got steak sandwich and there is only a few pieces of steak in it. I've gotten from other panera locations and its a big... handful of steak. This panera repeatedly gives small portions of meat in their sandwiches. I wouldn't normally complain about asingular instance but this has been a consistent problem over the years. Maybe its just because its expensive meat but its ajoke. Wish i could include a picture. Read more
I am a first-time consumer at Panera. When I entered the building, the lady at the front counter named Rishard, was so kind and... helpful! I told her it was my first time and her service was absolutely awesome! She gave me a free drink with refills and twodelicious cookies and told me that she supports first-time consumers at Panera and hopes I go here often. This particular Pennsylvania location is nearly 600 miles away from my home. I'm visiting a friend in Allentown and I suggested... we eat at Panera Bread for lunch. It's incredibly amazing that two locations nearly 600 miles apart can make the exact samestrawberry poppy seed salad. The strawberry poppy seed salad is my go-to meal at any Panera Bread, and it was just as fresh andcrunchy and sweet and so delicious here as it is in my New Hampshire hometown. Every time I have ordered from Panera in the last few months my order has been completely wrong or an item was missing. One time... they sent me the wrong sandwich. Also, every time order my drink with no whipped cream or light whipped cream, it has whippedcream or half of the cup is whipped cream. Very disappointed with this Panera.
